Clubul Toastmasters Cluj – Public Speaking & Leadership

Dear all,

Thank you all for your participation in the Toastmasters meeting last evening. We “partook” together to a great event where each one of us has tried, in his/her own way, to reinvent or paint in a few words what great innovations mean for us in our lives.

Congratulations for all our prepared speeches, created and delivered by Emilia, Adela, Naresh and Alina. Great job, Adela and Emilia for your nice progress in Toastmasters – keep it going! Thank you for the inspiration, Naresh – great speech and wise meanings! Kudoos, Alina, for your 10th project completion – marking the Competent Communicator stage, which built on not only on your personal development but also on the nice path that Cluj Toastmasters has had during the last months! Really proud to share the same learning environment with all of you, guys!

Of course, every Toastmasters meeting has its Table Topics, just as life has its very welcome surprises – Oana, for the 2nd time in a row, has won the Best Table Topics Award for the Weekly Club Meeting, which can only bring more joy to a club that has grown also from a quality standpoint, too. Thank you, Silvia, for making possible innovation also in the selection of the topics, and also in the pick-up of the subjects, nicely anticipated and illustrated by the speakers.

Every sandwich has at least 2 slices of bread we’d say. Well, Toastmasters gives you as many slices of bread, thus, chances for development, as many evaluations for a speech or public speaking performance. Great job done by all the speech and technical evaluators and our special recognition and appreciation to one of our best general evaluators ever since – Mihai Szentesy!

Excellent presentation of the Toastmaster Role by Roxana Bibart in the Educational Moment – let us lead by example from now on – now that we have learned again how we can really make it!

The inspiring ans spirited presence of Calin Iepure – Immediate Past President of the Timisoara Toastmasters Club and Mentor for Cluj Toastmasters and of Ronald Borsi, Trainer and Member of the Toastmasters Oradea club, have brought enthusiasm and a piece of motivation.
